I started taking this product for long hikes and have noticed that I do not tire as easily as before and I don't get as sore as I would normally. I have been out of shape for a while but this product is making it easy to get back into good routines not being wiped out after activity.

They improved my endurance. I practice bjj and about 45 minutes into it I don't feel that tired, granted I am 45 years old and not 25. lol. They don't make me feel jittery. Not an energy pill.

I used the endurance caps while at F45 and could see a huge difference in my performance. I felt like I could do more than usual, for a longer about of time. I wasn't fatiguing and could keep going! I won't go another workout without it!

Couldn’t really tell the difference. Was hoping for a result similar to oxydrene.

Did not work at all, followed through with instructions and did not help.

Often suffer cramps post spin class workout and occasionally in middle of night due to lactic acid build up. Started taking Endurance and Recovery together and it appears I've solved my cramping issue. A must in my workout supplementation.
