Will this destroy a rubik's cube? I know other lubricants either don't work for some and even dissolve the plastic.

It says "Plastic Safe" on the can so I would guess No. I used it on the plastic parts on a boat motor and worked fine.

Can i use this on my vehicle dash radio area? i've tried 3m 08897 silicone lubricant (dry type) and it ruined my plastic interior.

Yes you can, It is brilliant and does zero damage. I had a leaking windscreen which soaked the main wiring harness junction box causing all sorts of electrical issues including the horn sounding continuously, I soaked in this and it displaced all the moisture without issue and also lubricated everything in the process. It is the best.
