GEGO Global Tracker - Worldwide Unlimited Tracking Device - Good Performance!
I bought four of these tracking devices for my 4 large Travel Bags. But you can use them to track anything. I use for both domestic travel and international travel. While traveling in the US, I stick one inside the locked travel bag pocket of each bag, and it alerts me via smart phone to everywhere each bag is depending on the setting you use. It tells me when my bag arrived at the airport, and departed the airport, and arrived at a new airport or my destination. Same for international travel. I used it for a trip from Virginia, USA to Cebu City, Philippines with a 10 or 12 hour connecting flight in Qatar. Total trip time was around 32 to 35 hours. My bags texted my cell phone saying they left Virginia and landed in Qatar, Middle East. Then text that they left Qatar for the Philippines. The bags notified me when they landed in Cebu City, Philippines. If a bag comes up missing, you can tell the airlines where your bag is so they can get it -- rather than saying "I have no idea where my bag is." Sometimes there were some expected communication delays over such long distances, but all bags indicated they departed Qatar and landed in the Philippines. Each devise has a separate SIM card built in, so you have to pay a monthly fee. However, if you know you are not going to use the devises for a long time, you can call their help desk and they will put you on a .90 cent a device monthly fee to keep them active. If I need to use only one or two, I only activate them for travel at $9.90 a month or $76 a year per unit. They are fully compliant with TSA, FAA, IATA and all air regulations. You can maintain the active SIM for only .90 cents a month each. I did much research and selected this Cell Tower SIM device versus a GPS devise that can lose its signal if not in direct line of site with a satellite, or inside a building or plane. They GEGO uses thousands of Cell towers around the world for communications, and line of site is not needed. The signals penetrate buildings and planes to detect locations.

Piece of mind
So with all the baggage issues for travellers we decided on this GEGO for piece of mind that we could track our bags if the worst happened. Fortunately after 4 weeks travel our bags did follow us but we made sure to track the bags on GEGO. Its pricey and not keen on the subscription, but it worked as promised and was worth it for piece of mind. If we did have issues I was always confident we could track our bags. I'll turn the subscription on when we next travel and will definitely keep using.

It works!
Bought this to reduce my anxiety when travelling about losing my suitcase. On my last trip, I popped it in my suitcase both ways and the app clearly indicated where the suitcase was at all times, except when in the air. The app is clear and easy to use. Well worth the money.

Works, but read the fine print
Used to have LugLoc, which I loved, but no longer works outside of 2G. This was supposed to be the upgrade. What they don't tell you is you can't just turn the subscription on and off like with LugLoc. If you cancel and then restart, it's an extra $35 a month. Or you can "pause" if you pay $0.90 a month. Not bad, but still annoying. I use these things to track luggage only when I travel, so it's annoying that it doesn't work the same as the old product. Plus they advertise "No contract, pay as you go"....yeah, not quite.

It works perfectly
I have two Gego luggage trackers, and they both work flawlessly. The setup is easy and straightforward. I have used it in the USA and in Europe, and I amazed how reliable and accurate it is.

Don't waste your money
Paid the extra $$$ for long flight tracking. ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK! It was completely worthless.Finally got notification that my baggage had arrived in Athens 4 days later when I was in Santorini. It took days to get notifications of where my bag had been.

Clunky, uncertain setup, horrible support
I was really excited about this, but came away disappointed. Setup is very clunky, party due to a very buggy, I’ll thought out app and setup process. Battery life is dismal and the accuracy leave a lot to be desired. It often didn’t detect trackers that were right next to me. You have to purchase a plan per tracker, and even after purchasing it from the app, the app didn’t recognize two of my plan purchases and wouldn’t activate these. Lastly, their support is horrible. They couldn’t answer two simple questions about account setup and charging.

Battery does not hold the charge
This item did not function even for the flight time from Usa to Norway. Faulty battery and would not waste money on this product!

Doesn't work, obscenely expensive subscription
Didn't sync. Even when doing a manual add it then wants a $10 a month subscription which in the UK will incur foreign currency exchange charges and is way in excess of the £5 a month identified in the product description. Bluetooth location of the device didn't work, even when the phone was held physcially in contact with the device. Garbage. Sent back.

Rubbish!
Bought as had previously lost luggage before. Also paid around £70 for the subscription on top. The app constantly says , can't find device, please check its turned on. How? If it was lost, I couldn't find it to turn it on!! Despite the fact it's beside me and turned on, it found the device only once in 2 weeks while on holiday and I looked approx. every 2 days to check it. Total waste of money.

Don't buy it is absolute junk.
I bought this due to concerns of my luguage being lost on my way from Newfoundland,Canada to the Philippines. The app loaded up nice and i charged the gego tracker for a day till the light stayed green. When I truned on the tracker and paired it with the app it kept sayng the battery was at zero. Also the location was stuck on home. I also signed up for the one month service plan. This product does not work and is a complete waste of money, time and your energy trying to get it to work. Stay away from this product you can't even get ahold to customer service to address any issues you might have. I would very much like my money back from this terrible terrible product.

Possedevo il LugLog (loro prodotto precedente) e ha funzionato bene per anni.L'hanno poi dismesso perché la SIM interna stava scadendo.Il primo GEGO comprato non funzionava. L'ho rimandato indietro e ne ho comprato un altro.Anche questo ha dato diversi problemi (non dovuti a lui, ma all'applicazione mobile piena di bug).L'assistenza clienti è stata d'aiuto e mi ha sempre risposto in tempi rapidi, risolvendo alla fine il problema.
