Comparison to Charles River Apparel (CRA) Pack n Go
I also have the CRA 'Pack and Go' windbreaker jacket, so I'll be comparing the two (as they're very similar, in that they both fold into their pocket for easy storage), and highlighting the important differences.Look: the Harriton offers more of an athletic look, whereas the CRA seems more designed for casual/street wear.Size: the CRA is sized by the manufacturer to be worn on top of other outerwear for layering, and as a result it fits a bit baggy/loose for it's labeled size. As stated elsewhere on Amazon, it's a good idea to order a size lower than normal with the CRA if you're not planning on layering with it (eg if you live in So Cal as I do, where if I layer, it's only a lightweight sweater underneath).HOWEVER, that's NOT the case with Harriton, which fits truer to it's labeled size, with the sleeves even a tad short (which isn't a problem for me anyway, since I typically pull them up to my forearms).I'm 6 ft/160 lbs and in-between a med/large for most outerwear, and the medium Barriton is a tad small (esp the sleeves), but it's not worth sending it back and ordering a larger size: it's passable.Material: the nylon used in the Harriton seems a bit thinner (and hence is more crinkley, noisier when you move) than that used in the CRA, so I'm slightly chillier when wearing the Harriton vs the CRA.Also, the Harriton uses a non-elastic nylon cord for securing it around the waist when wearing, whereas the CRA uses an elastic cord. Having an elastic cord is a feature often taken for granted, that is, until you don't have it: it's rather annoying to have to loosen the cord-lock whenever removing or putting on the jacket.(Hint: you can replace the non-elastic cord in the Harriton by going to REI and buying 4 ft of 1/4" shock cord for $2, and replacing it yourself. You'll also need to use a different-sized cord-lock, since REI doesn't sell 3/8" shock cord, which should work great with the cord-lock supplied by Harriton). The zipper used in the front pocket of the Harriton seems slightly more durable than the zipper used with the CRA: as a result, the pocket zipper was the premature point of failure in the previous CRA jacket I owned (and it would've cost as much to replace the broken zipper than simply replacing the entire jacket, so I did the latter). And since neither jacket offers a way to secure the side pockets, I lost something valuable due to their absence. So the first thing I did was add snap closures to both jackets (WalMart sells Dritz Heavy Duty 3/8" snaps for $4 for 8 pair). But either way you go, it's a close call, with me deciding to wear either one depending on the factors mentioned above (temperature, style, etc).

Good product for decent price.
I bought this product needing a lightweight jacket for rainy Georgia summer days. Before ordering it, I looked at the reviews by other customers and saw that many said it fit to size. However, I am leery of buying something and then finding it does not fit, so I bought it a size bigger than I needed (2XL rather than my usual XL). Upon receiving the item I was pleased by the weight and I saw I was right to worry over the size. It fit just about right when I tried it on. The only complaint I have with the item is that the hood looks a bit odd when up, like something an Egyptian Pharaoh might wear over those weird headdresses of theirs or maybe something one of the Coneheads might sport. Overall, I am pleased with the product for its price.

love the color and style but too small
product is too small to be classified a XXL. I have another similar product that is a XXL and it is longer both in the length of the jacket and the sleeve length

It is a little larger than I thought but better than too small
I ordered a bit large as I wanted to be sure that it would be loose enough to fit heavier clothes underneath. It is a little larger than I thought but better than too small! One issue is that the first time I used the drawstring at the bottom it came out. Turns out the two ends were just stitched together with a little bit of thread. Since I really wanted a drawstring I fought with it for an hour to get the cord back in and once in I tied it in a knot. Dont think it will come out this time!!Otherwise it is a nice light windbreaker. Not sure how water resistant it will be, but i'm heading out in the rain today, so we will see!

lightweight protection
The jacket itself is great. I really enjoy the fact that it has two different front pouch pockets. One in the traditional style you place your hands in on the sides and another on top of that that zips closed horizontally. It fits well if a bit snug around the stomach. My only gripe about this jacket is the hood. It has a very serious protrusion that makes me feel like a Conehead extra when I have it up. But for its weight and probable durability ( I haven't owned it that long so I cannot really speak to that aspect ) I will take the bad with the good. This stores perfectly in my backpack in case I get caught out in the rain.

favorite jacket
I wear this 24/7 and it fits perfectly. I love the big front pocket, because I can stuff my keys and phone and headphones and whatever other little things I don't feel like losing in my bag as I walk to class. Worth noting that I am a 5'5 130 pound female and the small fit just how I wanted, which is a little loose and wide. Water resistant enough for me, although I haven't worn it during torrential downpours for extended periods. The one thing is, if you're wearing a tank or short sleeve underneath and get sweaty, it will stick to you and it feels gross. For this reason I usually wear it over a long sleeve and it keeps me warm enough when it's a bit chilly outside, but cool enough at room temperature.

Serious Windbreaker, Low Price.
This is a really nice jacket. I like that it can be stuffed in its own pocket by reversing the pocket. It has a loop so it can be put on a belt or hooked to the outside of a backpack. Well engineered. It is a good windbreaker and works in a mild rainstorm. It's not bulky and has hand-warmer pockets. I hiked several times a week in the woods with my Corgi. I was hiking the other day and it started to rain. Put on the jacket and stayed perfectly dry. It has what I would expect from a serious hiking windbreaker except the high price. Arrived quickly too.

Works Fine
When I first received this jacket, I wasn't sure it would work out. The jacket is very thin, it almost crinkles! It is a slim-fit, but works for my son who is slim. He has used it to go back and forth to college classes, and says it is just fine. As he isn't using it long-term outdoors, he doesn't put it through too much of a challenge. If you or the person you are purchasing it for is an outdoors type, it may not be the best choice. I was disappointed that the day after I received this jacket, I found a really nice Totes jacket for the same price. If you need a rain jacket in a hurry, and don't have time or can't find an inexpensive one in a store near you - this one works okay.

Hood a little bit small for me
The hood is too small, could be doing with being a lot bigger
