This actually helps!
I have tried a number of products to deal with my ear ringing. Most have not been worth the money--particularly those that make claims that the ear ringing will go away entirely. This is the best product I have found to date. The drops go onto cotton balls and into the ear at night. I have extremely good overnight relief from the ear ringing. If I wake up and am aware of ear ringing at all, it is a fairly low key background buzz. Best of all, my overall hearing has improved a lot--I have turned down TV/radio volume and don't spend every conversation saying "What?"

Highly recommended
I can honestly say that this is the second GoodBye product I tried and both were wonderful. Personally I have endured ear ringing for the last three years and this is the first thing. I have tried that actually worked. It is just about completely gone.

Excellent product
I have yet to come across a good product like this. I suffer from ear ringing in one ear. First night I used , was able tosleep without any ringing. It is only three days and I feel lot better. I hope it cures ear ringing.

Works somewhat
Got the formula yesterday and used it during a 6 hour sleep and reduced the hiss ringsound in my right ear somewhat and that really helps. I think you got to give it a chanceand it may not work for everyone. Three drops on a small cotton ball and placed in myear but didn't shove it in the ear but just let it sit on the ear opening. I've tried almosteverything and if this doesn't work I'll guess I'll still research for something else but I'mbelieving there just isn't any thing that can really cure the ringing but may reduce the sound.

Just received my first bottle..
I don't have ringing in my right ear, I have "hissing" or the static noise when you are tuning your radio between stations. My question is how to use it. The instructions state "Put 3 drops on a cotton ball and place it 'inside ear'. Do not push into the ear canal". I am not an expert in anatomy. I'm not sure where the "ear" ends and the "ear canal" begins. And the directions don't mention how long the cotton ball should remain. All night? I understand that the cotton must be inserted far enough to be effective, but not so far as being difficult to remove. I can see where this maneuver cannot be precise. I wonder if a soaked Q-tip slightly inserted in the ear (for a few minutes, not all night) could work and the removal removes all of the cotton until the next night. Any suggestions?

No significant value in the reduction of ringing in my ears.
After using this product nightly for approximately 2 weeks, I experienced no significant value in reducing tinnitus. In fact, I can not report any positive effect in the reduction of ringing in the ears. I'm disappointed in the end result.
