I love the way this book is organized it was a great addition to my studies for the SPHR. And if I could have used the practice tests without having to go buy an external drive and borrow someone else's windows machine I would give it 5 stars. In this day and age you would think that things like this are available to both systems.

This book is fantastic! This is the only study guide that I used to study for the PHR exam and after three weeks of study, I passed the exam on the first try. The CD that accompanied the study guide was also an excellent tool to judge my knowledge as I studied each chapter. I highly recommend it to anyone preparing for the PHR certification.

I didn't need this book for my class, but it has helped tremendously. It arrived within 2 days, just in time for my class. Thank you
