You won't have to worry which way the magnet is oriented under water since each side provides up to 250lbs of pulling force. The eyebolt screws into the side of the casing, rather than through the magnet to provide a larger surface area to catch targets. Includes M8 eyelet. Great For Magnet Fishing
Bought this magnet specifically for magnet fishing, I could not be happier with the product.I have other magnets 320lbs pull and a 460lbs pull. I decided to step up to a bigger magnet to make pulling stuff in easier(nobody likes throwing their magnet in the same spot over and over just to feel something continuously slip off).This magnet is extremely powerful and I would certainly recommend getting a pair of gloves with this bad boy.In addition try to avoid getting it stuck on docks and other things, It can be a real pain to pull off.I have been pulling up large metal poles(Signs, Buoy Markers) That my other magnets have failed on. I haven't had any troubles with mud, weeds, rocks. Once this magnet gets a hold of something, It has been easy to pull it in.The weight of this magnet can cause you to become fatigued rather quickly though, It is much heavier than my other magnets. Other than that I think its great for beginners and seasoned Magnet fisherman.
