ORE International K327 Indoor Square Tier Table Fountain with LED Light, 8-Inch

First...it's a gorgeous fountain...as long as you don't try to use it.I set this up for return but I really, really wanted a fountain for my office (high stress job). So, my husband fixed the leaks in the basin (almost imperceptible leaks until you filled it with water...let it sit overnight and you have a lovely large puddle where it's sitting...not a good quality in an electrically controlled device). So, fine...he fixed it with resin epoxy and it held water just fine (keep in mind his fix was ONLY the basin...it had nothing to do with any running part of the fountain, the pump, the light or the electrical components). We double and triple checked it to make sure, before ever assembling the rest of the fountain. It stood, full of water with paper towels under it for three nights. No more leaks.So, I put it together and set it up on my desk. It ran for a week. Then, I look down at the plug on day and the cover had snapped off! Exposing the components inside (this was the part that plugs into the wall). See photo.I went to pull it out of the socket IMMEDIATELY and it bit me. I received one heck of a nasty shock trying to get that thing out of the wall socket (no...nothing is wrong with the wall socket). Once out, it popped and sparked one more time before sending a trail of smoke up and scenting my office with burnt electrical components.I not only hate it, I'm pretty angry about the whole thing. It was a fire hazard. It's now in the trash.

Shimming the base of the fountain adjusts the speed of the spinning ball.Need a piece or rubber or something under the electric motor to eliminate the hum - otherwise it is VERY loud.Water splash soaks everything within about a foot of it, but putting decorative rocks around the edge not only makes it look cool, but reduces water spray to almost nothing.Fountain needs to be cleaned about once or twice a year as it gets moldy and really stinks.Adding cologne or something to the water makes the whole room smell great.

Package arrived undamaged but product had a nice size chip in the corner, sent it back, next one came with two tiny chips that I covered with permanent marker. Shipping paper says to read manual but no manual in box...I figured it out using Vaseline to coat tubing for ease in attaching light. It's pretty and works fine, will not purchase from them again tho.

Its a great little fountain and I would have given 5 stars except for it spatters everywhere and you have to keep a towel under it or you furniture will get when even on the lower settings.

It was a leaking due to broken..i was sooo diappointed😕

The fountain had cracks in it upon arrival. It lights up nicely, however, it leaks water everywhere! The basin has cracks in the bottom which allow water to leak out everywhere! Additionally, the power cord heats up when plugged into a normal 110v outlet. Disappointed in the product overall.

This is so pretty and actually quiet compared to other table fountains I have owned. The crystal really spins and the different lights are very nice

The fountain came chipped on the corners and after about a month the "crystal" got worn in the place it was spinning causing it to become dull and no longer be able to spin. You can here the fountain water coming up which I prefer but you don't hear the pump unless the water gets low. I painted the chipped parts and am still using it but I wouldn't purchase again.

I love the fountain. Its beautiful. Only problem was i had to get it replaced because it came damaged. But it was done quickly snd the replacement was in perfect condition.

Came leaking - repair was necessary. But it's really beautiful!

This is my 2nd water fountain. It is so nice that I brought one for myself and one for my son. My daughter also brought one too.
