Klein Tools 85091 Klein Tools 85091 Power Conduit Reamer with Improved Bit Retention, 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-Inch, Made in USA

I felt the urge to write this review because their are alot of odd reviews about people using this for literally anything else then it's intended for. Make no mistake this product nicely reems 1/2-1 inch EMT pipe and serves no other purpose. If your an eletrician and you run alot of small pipe everyday, you should buy this to save your wrist. It also saves time as well. I believe overtime this will become a pretty standard tool for eletricians it's just to useful to not have. It's the best one I am currently aware exists. It's Klein they make good products. Just as a side note it came in factory plastic packaging brand new for those who get concerned about that kind of thing.

Very well made and useful

I used this to deburr 160 pieces of 3/4" EMT conduit. This is a great timesaver as it does the inner and outer edges at the same time. There was a lot of vibration and chatter, but I could deburr each piece in about 3 seconds. The finish wasn't perfect, but it did remove the burrs and that's good enough. I used a jig saw to cut the EMT which left some jagged edges and that is probably the main reason for the vibration and chatter. If I had used a proper blade on a miter saw, I think the finish would have been excellent with minimal vibration. Either way, this tool is fast and does the job. I have a lot of different Klein tools and have never had any disappointment with the brand.

Perfect job

This works perfect. Can put it on a drill or put it on the understand when something is Klein socket tool. Very interchangeable has been holding up quite well. Also can be used to tighten up couplings.

Bit holder is loose and not magnetic, poor build quality. Reams, but what's the point when you want a reamer and a bit? Low value for money. Better off getting the Milwaukee reamer.

A reamer is something I don't use frequently, so it's nice to have this option. It saves space and weight in my pack. And I bust this out on the occasional job where I need to bend pipe. I put this in my M12 impact, spin forward, spin backward couple of times and conduits reamed perfectly. Saves my wrist too. Love this thing. Worth every cent. Nice idea with the bit on the tip but it's really cheap quality. The 3rd time I used the bit on my impact and it got twisted out of shape. So just use your own bit robbie bit.
