The thermometer is simple to use, for health problems which can cause a temperature

I bought this for my mother who is registered blind and undertaking chemotherapy where it is important to monitor any infections apyrexia.This has a really fiddley set up - having to set the date time month year etc. I had difficulty doing it and I can see! The display keeps turning round depending on which way round it is held - no good for mum trying to manage with a magnifier. It does give a digital readout of the temperature in the room - not that we really wanted that. Why is there two ways of measuring the temperature - the forehead scan isn't very accurate and the ear scan varies as to the angle it is inserted in the ear.The audio is a woman's voice and isn't very clear - especially to my mum who also is a little deaf and reliant on hearing aids.All in all a waste of money!

Great for someone who is visually impaired although I don’t understand what all the buttons are for. Only really need the main big round one for any visually impaired people reading this.

Very good to use to my disabled son who doesn’t like any other methods to get his temperature, this is so good plus taking amazing ,will recomend thanks .

I tried 2 of these units but both showed temperatures 2/2,5 deg c too high when checked against an nhs unit.

Unreliable.

I bought this for my sister who has no sight.She was very happy with it.
