Great trampoline, but need strength to put it together.
Love this trampoline! Nice bounce and looks sharp. We purchased a jumping brand in 2020, but only lasted 2 ½ years before falling apart. Comparing building the 2 different brands, the Spring is a little harder due to the strength needed to put the mat rods in place. Luckily my 16 and 28 years old sons were able to do it. I was no help to them. Use the bilt app for guidance as suggested in the directions. It took them a little over 2 hours to put together. Use gloves. The boys ended up with lots of fiber glass splinters and blisters on their hands.

Springless Trampoline
The trampoline is great, took a whole day to get it together… but worth it. Seems sturdy. The main concern was the delivery the gentleman did not use a dolly to bring the boxes and I asked him too. One of the poles were bent in the process of him trying to get it off the FedEx truck. Not impressed with the delivery. Trampoline is all good and kids enjoying it.

Work Hard, Play Hard (worth the work, but it’s a lot)
This is a great trampoline. It is super high quality with a solid aesthetic design. My wife and I put it together in 2.5 hours on the morning of Christmas Eve. Be warned: you need to have a strong person involved and it will take two people, as the assembly is very physically trying. My triceps are DEAD and I felt like I had just endured a state championship wrestling match when finished. That is not the reason for the 1 star dock (4/5 star rating). The reason this falls short of 5 stars is because we had to cut our own opening for the horizontal rods that go into the net. They had been hemmed shut—which was an obvious design flaw. Other than that, we are very pleased.

Disappointed
I would have returned this if it is not that heavy. - After unboxing it, I found out one of the nut and bolt were missing so had to contact customer service to get it. - It is not difficult but it is very hard to assemble it. You need two strong people for about 3 hours to do it, or you can pay $400 for someone to do it for you. - Instead of providing a wrench for hold the nuts, they provided a plastic piece which is hard to hold and make the process harder. - The trampoline also is not bouncy

Worth the effort to assemble!
Really big upgrade from our smaller, lower, cheaper trampoline. Big enough for the whole family, sturdy, and the enclosure bouncy netting also works great to put errant jumpers right back in the mat! Super high bounces for all. Durability has yet to be tested, but it seems solid. And tons of fun!! Assembly…is doable, though difficult. Instructions were good, though I’d recommend watching a couple YouTube videos on technique for bending the rods. It really matters how you hold them, and what angle you’re using to apply pressure. Work gloves are a must. Took about two hours for me (130lb chick) and my 75 y/o dad to do while kids were at daycare. He was most helpful by sitting on the far side to make sure the trampoline didn’t scoot all over the yard as I was putting ALL my weight into bending the rods to install the mat. It took a lot of sweat and some bruises to my palm (in spite of padded work gloves!!) and hip from bracing into the effort, but it was totally doable and worth it!!

You'll a workout before you even start jumping
This was extremely difficult to assemble, even with two people. Pulling the rods into place takes a great deal of force and patience. Make sure the plastic brackets that the rods slot into are first properly placed within the mat. Even if they're slightly misaligned or "slid out of place" it will make it impossible to bend the rods into those brackets (or get them out again). That said, I'm impressed with the build quality and I'm sure my kiddo will love jumping on it a million times more than I hated building it. The boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived at my home, which is likely more an issue with the shipping company than the manufacturer. Also, there was a wrench missing from the included tools, but fortunately I had my own, though screwing the frame bolts in was a challenge in itself.

Excellent.
We have a long but narrow yard and this fit perfectly. In addition to the size and shape working great, I feel a lot safer with the Springfree set up. We did order the ladder and basketball hoop separately. More expensive than other types of trampolines but this is definitely a “you get what you pay for” item. Worth the $ for the quality and peace of mind. Oh - and the kids LOVE it! Lots of bounce!!! Only regret is not getting this sooner.
