iCraft SuperTape Strong Double Sided Permanent Adhesive, 1/2" x 6 yards

I needed a quick solution to tape together two pieces of acrylic for a custom GPU (an RTX 3080 Master graphics card) backplate. I couldn't use Weldon because the inside of one of the acrylic plates was painted and laser etched so the glue would instantly destroy the paint. I needed the dual-sided tape to be thin as possible and not too wide, as well as be clear. And I needed it ASAP to meet a build deadline. I took a chance and got this tape. I ordered it around 4PM and got it delivered at 4:30AM the next morning! Wow! (Would have received it by 8PM the same night if I would have ordered it a few minutes earlier.) It worked perfectly! I tested the tape on some small sample pieces of spray-painted acrylic. No problems with the paint. I was able to remove the tape and adjust it on the samples without messing up the paint! It has held together the pieces of acrylic perfectly without creating any gaps in-between the layers and is standing up to the heat created by the GPU. The RGB light shining through the acrylic does not show the tape edges. I also like the fact that the protective red peelback layers are easy to remove when needed but stay on until ready to be removed for taping. I also used this tape to attach the RGB light strip to the back end of the acrylic plates without any issues. Great product! Wish there was more if it on the roll for the price. But it worked like a charm in a pinch and helped me successfully complete the project!

For what I needed it worked perfectly. Easy to use, and very effective.

I had some led strips that were falling off the back of my night stands and entertainment center . I did 2 methods . 1 . I Threw these on the back of the strips then peeled and stuck them . 2 I applied one side to the back of the entertainment center , then removed the red film then applied the strips to that . Both method worked . Like others have stated , removing the film is a pain but after 9 -13 fingernail scratches it separates . Feels super sticky although I was able to peel it back and repositions once without it tearing . Definitely good quality . Highly recommend 1/4 inch

Very strong double sided tape and the perfect size for my papercrafting projects. The thin width makes it easy to secure smaller items in my junk journals or on my handmade cards. One issue though is the smell. It hasn't gotten better since I opened the package a few days ago. It just has this funky, unpleasant smell. Something to be aware of if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Excellent product but be patient. Takes a few tries to separate the brown cover from the sticky part. We use theta pe in many of our craft projects. You won't be disappointed!

Have been using this 'red' tape for years! It won't let your stickers, embellishments, nor cardstocks to fall off the card. I gave it 3 stars for the ease to remove, only because if you want to remove the tape after you have applied it, you have to remove it right away and only if you have not burnished it onto the card. I have not used it on metal or wood surfaces, but I would guess it would work just as well if the area was prepped, that is, free of fingerprints, dust etc. The Ease of Use for me is that I am so used to having a pair of scissors or exacto knife near my work area to be able tp cut the tape, but people like tearing instead of cutting it. I'll take the extra second to cut and be rewarded with its stickablity in the long run.

If you live long enough to get the protective coating off of the tape it works really well. Trying to get it started is a real chore. Getting the initial sticky side down is easy, and it holds really well. I ruined a couple of strips trying to get the coating off of the other side. I'm not sure what could be done to fix this issue so I feel kind of bad saying it was a PITA to use.

I was very pleased with this tape. It is strong, unlike a few others I have tried. Will definitely be purchasing more.

Used this to stick my iMac screen back on once the HDD was replaced. Easy to use and seems very strong

Veo que algunas personas se quejan del grosor pero creo que no leyeron bien la descripcion, yo la utilice para pegar la pantalla de mi ipad que reparé, estuvo perfecto para el trabajo, llevo casi 2 meses con el ipad y no se ha despegado ni nada. Excelente producto.

This tape sticks very well. I had some problems with remove the backing, because I have big fingers. But after some practice I could do it quite well.
