My camera only takes ISO 100 & 400, will this film still work on it?

As long as you have a camera that takes a 110 film cartridge then you can use this film. The "110" refers to a cartridge that has 16mm film preloaded inside. Some 110 cameras were set to automatically adjust their settings for ISO 100 or ISO 400. The settings were adjusted by sensing a tab (or lack thereof) on the 110 cartridge. This film is ISO 200 which is a good medium between 100 and 400. The 110 cartridges being sold here are set to trigger the camera's ISO 100 setting. If your 110 camera does not have this sensing capability then do not worry. ISO 200 is close enough to either spectrum that it will turn out fine regardless of the settings of your 110 camera. This color negative film is very flexible with regard to ISO.

Is it compatible for Kodak Cameo motor 110?

The manual for your camera says "Your camera uses 110-size color print film cartridges. The camera is optimized for 200-speed film". It should be exactly what you need.
