Biryani-for-Two
I have the 1-liter size (34 oz completely full, 29 oz to bottom of neck). I find it just right for two good servings of biryani. It doesn't have a lid, but I cover and seal it with a dough disk, and if I want to build more internal pressure for kacchi biryani I set a weighted saucer on top of the dough cover. It is very stable as it has a flat outside bottom, but the inner bottom is properly curved. It is a little tight in the bottom for bone-in meats; a wider 1-1/2 liter would get it 5 stars.
