Excellent conservatory heater
This is an excellent quality, efficient, slim and sleek looking heater that keeps my conservatory at a constant temperature at all times. I have had it set to 22C on the thermostat and even when the outside temperature drops well below 0C it has kept the conservatory at a constant 22C, all day and night. So good my friends are also purchasing for their conservatory and I’m getting another one to bolster the radiator in our lounge during the winter months.

Expected more for the price.
Heat output is good heats up quickly. Control panel a bit wobbly. Not user friendly to set up programs. It look nice very smart looking on the wall Expected more for the price. One half the price have Wi-Fi capability and a remote

Don't buy.
They rust. The power switch stick. Really stick. Mine is permanently in the 'On' position .... despite not being on. Look good. But not fit for purpose.

Great value
Got this to heat up my living room as I have electric storage heaters that are rubbish. Heats up quick. Only issue is they should make it clearer about the fitting template on the box as I wasted ages getting sizes etc, then looking at the instructions could not figure out this part then I looked at the box and seen the fitting template which I think is such a great idea it should be more obvious. Great buy.

Excellent service
I had this radiator for eighteen months and was very pleased with it. Used it in the conservatory. It's quiet, nice looking and heats up almost immediately. Also economic to compare to similar radiators. However it started playing up recently - was automatically switching itself off. I have approached the company and received immediate replacement. I have never ever before had such a pleasant experience with the communication team. Special thank you to Luke!
