SEE UPDATE AT END OF REVIEW!Right off the bat, let me say that I don't think this bra would have enough support for a large-breasted woman. It doesn't really offer much in the way of support at all. My once-abundant breasts have been diminished by years of nursing babies followed by major weight loss, so I needed comfort and coverage more than support.My first Boody bra was bought off a rack at a health food store. That one had no padding, but was so simple and comfortable that I went online to see what other styles they offered. I found this padded version and I love it. The pads are not absurdly unnatural; to me they are more about offering nipple coverage than augmentation, and the pads are NOT overly thick. These bras are so soft and so easy to get on and take off. After my weight loss, I didn't really know what my bra size was any more. I took a guess and hit it lucky (these run S, M, L, XL, etc, not numerical size or cup size). This will be my go-to bra from now on. I'm a CNA (nursing assistant) and my job is very physical. This bra makes it easy to move, lift, carry, and so on with no discomfort, no slipping bra straps or poking underwire.Again, not really for large breasts unless you don't care about support/uplift and just want ease and comfort. Love them!UPDATE: I do have one complaint about these bras. I still love them and still wear them, BUT-- the insertable padding ALWAYS gets all skewed in the wash, even on gentle cycle. Every single time, I am having to remove and re-insert or reposition the pads. It's super annoying. It sometimes even happens just when wearing or removing the bra-- and they DO fit me correctly. I don't know why they aren't sewn in, and I might end up doing it myself.

I love the snug fit and soft fabric. Especially that it’s not polyester or nylon!

I didn't have any issues with this bra. I am a 36b and it fit really well. It's soft and I didn't have an issue with the pads as others have stated. It is not a support bra so expect jiggling. I wear it mainly around the house and yard as it's so comfortable and isn't as hot as my other bras that are not bamboo. I do have the other unpaded bra which is the same size but much smaller. The straps seem too short and the bra runs too far up my armpit. Also the elastic band doesn't keep it from riding up. I didn't have that issue with the padded bra. I may order the unpaded in the large and see if it fits better.

This bra is (almost) exactly what I have been looking for. I have been searching for a product similar to Patagonia's active mesh bra -- but with light padding. I would wear that bra every day if it just had a little coverage. This bra is a similar material and would be very comfortable except for a big problem -- which I've seen mentioned in other comments -- it won't stay put! I am only a 34B or so and while the chest band and size of the cups seem to fit almost perfectly -- the problem appears to be that the shoulder straps are too tight/small in length and so continually pulling upward on the bra -- and the chest band is not tight enough to anchor it. In addition -- I find the should straps slightly uncomfortable due to that tightness -- cutting into my shoulder a bit. Now I am only just over 5' and relatively thin -- I almost always wear a Small or X-tra Small -- I can not imagine that a Medium would provide the support I need in the chest band/cup area. Given that most bras/shirts fit me pretty well -- this seems to be a design fla -- the chest band should be slightly tighter and the straps need to be just a teeny bit longer. Another reviewer mentioned a similar issue -- which was solved by removing the padding -- but since the padding is the reason I purchased this bra, that would defeat the purpose.

Disclaimers: I’m a 36DD/E, silicon gel implants after a complete mastectomy. My chest is probably firmer & requires less support than an all natural one in a similar size range. (Not everyone I’m sure, but just a disclaimer)I wanted just something comfy to wear for sleeping, lounging, housework, etc. Its very soft, very stretchable, and I really like the fit. I don’t seem to sweat much in it or feel myself getting hot, so it would also appear it’s doing it’s job as far as breathability. This is not the bra for support, activity, or any compression. I could have possibly gotten some if I went down a size, but it’s so soft and stretchy, I believe by the end of the day or activity it would be too loose for anything like that. It works great for exactly what I wanted them for. Comfort, lounging, etc. It has a nice deep plunge so it doesn’t show above most tops. The strap configuration seems much different in placement. I can’t exactly describe it, but I do really like it. They’re wider and further away from your neck is the best I can muster. I really like the molded cups. They keep a natural shape and don’t look like a typical sports or band bra under your clothes. The padded option is nice, as the pads are removable. So you can go with or without them as wanted or needed. Honestly, this is my go to comfy bra. I’m honestly buying more.

The material is nice andI got the size suggested but if i even lift my arms shoulder height , it slides up . I got this for yoga and the worse bra ever for yoga. I have had this brand before and loved it, this style is something I wish I could return, I will never wear it again. Constant tugging to pull it down. I would not get this one if you are at all active (even putting a dish on the shelf.

Incredibly comfortable and soft, nice to have the extra padding to feel safe wearing a tshirt. No visible bulges or straps to slip or get twisted, under armpits and back looksmooth and seam free.This kept me cool and dry in the heat, whereas usually with a standard bra I feel the need to remove it the moment I get in the door after a walk out! Breathes well and wicks moisture to leave me feeling comfortable and confident.I wear a 34D cup bra and I believe when other reviews say about the lack of support, perhaps those women are used to wearing push up or plunge bras. This doesn't push or pull to give you a huge cleavage and make your boobs look bigger, the whole point is it is letting me feel natural but supported enough to keep things in place, as you can see in the tshirt pictures there is still a smoothed out shape. Excellent bra, I shall be ordering more!

Really like this bra, it's the most comfortable I have ever owned. I'm a 34D and wearing a medium. Had stopped wearing a bra at all TBH, moved to the country and spend most of my time working on the land, but was fed up of the girls just dangling around (I'm 53), so thought I'd have a go with one of these. What a result! They are not only back where they (used to) belong, they are comfortable there. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that the straps are a little short for me (I'm 5' 7"), so the band sits on the bottom of my boobs, rather than around my ribs. Still 100000x more comfy than horrible wires however. I've jus ordered another and will buy one for my daughter too. Time we were comfy ladies, all that look at me my boobs are on a tray under my chn milarky is soooooo 2018!

This style seems to come up slightly smaller than the one without the removable pads which I also bought. This is really comfortable but just after a few months the fabric looks a mess, it's bobbling. If you like your underwear to look pristine then this might not be such a good option. On the plus side the elasticity seems unaffected.

My bra size is 38” with an A cup and all I wanted was comfort with a bit of support which I get from this bra. I washed it as per instructions and it is as new. I have bought another in a different colour as I was so satisfied.

I'm a size 8-10, originally I purchased the small size but it kept riding up so I exchanged for an medium, which fit better. However I've now had our for a month and it's still riding up and after washing it once the padding needs to be readjusted every time you put the bra on, and multiple times throughout the day. I should've returned the medium. I'm not sure if the Amazon product is authentic as it's so disappointing.
