Lighted Image LED Exquisite Illuminated Mirror

it is a beautiful mirror with great features - currently having problems getting it to work. I have written to the mfg asking for advice.PS - within seconds of sending an email to the mfg I received a phone call from the Service Adviser who said that they are sending a replacement out in tomorrow's mail. So now, not only do we have a beautiful mirror, we also have incredible service. I will never buy a mirror from anyone else in the future!
