Not a total disappointment but I was looking for more
No picture of the author to compare with all this common sense knowledge that we are inundated with every day.... avoid sugar and processed foods, get proper rest, lift weights, have sex, eat protein and healthy fats, avoid trans fats. Not a total disappointment but I was looking for more. I did like the idea about taking one day of the week to eat your favorite foods and the next day to fast. There is a lot of mispelling and grammatical errors in this book.

Clear, concise and simple to follow.
Four stars instead of five due to typos, etc. Decent strategies and a quick weekend read at the most. Much of what I have read is in line with other books that I have read. I will begin implementing these strategies in the coming weeks. At 44 I need every break I can get with regards to testosterone. I appreciate the emphasis on natural strategies as there are too many influences to the contrary these days as young people seek a quick fix.

Links to author email or book email useless.
First Peter Paulson at either link is Useless would have given it 3 stars. Most of the info in the book can be found on YOUTUBE or Pinterest, lacking factual references and studies which there are none.

Testosterone made simple
I enjoyed the book. I read it all in one setting. i have been studying the subject already, so it cleared up a lot of questions I had. He didn't spend a lot of time on exactly what foods were Testosterone boosters and which ones were estrogen blockers, but I've been studying the subject so I have a good general Idea. Other than that it was a simple read that saved me a lot of wasted research time and provided me with much sought after direction.

Good read but lacks of references
This is a good and complete informational guide, but lacks of references to the studies and complimentary information that is mentioned. Also, the links to the bonus the author mentions are broken.

Great introductory into how testosterone works
Overall this was a quick read with straight to the point chapters. It did not go to in depth and never claimed it would - but it’s good enough to get the average person to understand how it works. Would recommend it to anyone interested in the subject as an introductory tome.

Get Your Energy Levels Back!
After reading this book I now have a much greater understanding of testosterone, the way it functions in our bodies and how our bodies produce it. I recommend this book to every guy who always feels tired and not interested in sex. It explains why it is a good thing to have high levels of testosterone. The author talks about the different types of testosterone and the way it effects our bodies. If you don't want the T shots or to rub on some T this is a great natural way to increase your T levels.

Over 50
As a 54 year old who trains regularly I noticed I can still train as hard as I did in my 20s but my recovery is now taking days not a day. I found this book an interesting read not too technical or confusing. The steps to increasing testosterone are simple and though I won't be following the cold baths I shall adopt others mentioned. Not only does the author give ideas on testosterone but make mention of increase of growth hormone. In all a short but informative read.

Good Intro book
Great book. Its a great intro to Testosterone and how it is produced and its affects on the human body. If you are new to training and want to know how to optimise your testosterone production, this is a great read without being science heavy.I also liked the supplement advice as it will help save alot of people save money. There is alot of useless supplements out there that do little to boost test production, this book gives good advice about what you need and what is unneeded. I would add Zinc supplementation to the list, which the author misses out, but the info is solid.Personally, I do not believe that you need to follow the training program outlined, any descent lifting routine will do, such as Stronglifts, Starting Strength or similar routine.

It's put into a short easy to read format
Although this information is available else where. It's put into a short easy to read format. If you know little about testosterone or where to look. Then this book is 5/5.

A great little book
A short, easy to read primer on how to increase your T-levels naturally. It cuts straight to the chase with none of the fluff and filler that usually pads out health and fitness books and for the price its well worth it.
