Exactly what I required
Came with adapter and all cables supplied (inc 2 polarity reversal cables). Very lightweight. Easy to mount on my pedalboard (using my own velco tape). Powers all my pedals with zero noise.

Incorrect power supply / No adapter
No UK adapted for the brick's own power supply. Not helpful.
