Useful bit of kit
Useful bit of kit. Tried it out, easy to follow instructions. Seemed to loosen up tight muscles. Not sure what slim inner foam rod is for

2-in-1 foam roller with removable inner mini roller
I started doing yoga this year and really find this roller helps. It’s also great for stretching and for working on knee / joint pain. I wanted to try it due to various issues with my joints and I was impressed. I like that the inner rol can be removed and it comes with suggested exercises which are easy to follow. Recommended.

Foam Roller
It’s hard - very hard. I cant say it’s comfortable, as I’ve used softer ones that I prefer the feel of, but it has other benefits.The ones with texture are better massagers, but the smooth ones like this are easier to do fitness with. They work balance muscles incredibly well, and the varied workouts are of varying difficulties.What I like about this one is the book that’s included - it has more activities than I normally do or thought of, with clear diagrams and reasons why you’d do them.

Excellent value roller
A nice easy to use foam roller. Was told to get one of these to help with circulation, and this is ideal. Not too large you can't store it or too small that it's no good. A good guide is included with various exercises to do. For the price, this is such a good value item that also helps with your health.

Great
This is a great foam roller which relieves a lot of tension in the muscles. It comes with an additional mini roller inside the main roller to really hit those specific muscle groups which need a bit of pressure to relieve tight muscles and release knots. Moreover, it comes with a foam roller guide which tells you how to use the roller correctly for each muscle group and goes into detail about this. Overall a premium product for a great price.

Helpfu instructions make use easy
Looks rather attractive in the black and fuchsia colouring it has a lovely round fat exterior. Very easy to use and great post run or post exercise, both of which I indulge in. It comes with 2 comprehensive diagrammatical booklets which are easy to follow. I like it and am hoping to move with ease after extensive use. Already I am enjoying the use

Good size and quality
This is a good sized roller which is perfect for my sporty daughter who is training for a marathon this year and does a lot of sport at college. It is easy to store because it is not too big and it comes with a poster that shows you what exercises you can do with it, which is very helpful.Good value for money and does the job she wanted it for.
