Great for helping with grip strength hand mobility
Great finger/hand exerciser. Helped with my recovery from trigger finger surgery. I still use it just for exercise and grip strength.

It's an ok squeeze ball.
This is good for hand exercises while sitting in the hot tub. It's a bit fragile though. My Yorkie started with the first one as a chew toy, and an 8-year-old kid finished tearing holes in it. It does work as it should if you protect it from curious kids and puppies.

The finger grips have already torn. It still works as a squeeze ball but would have preferred round as opposed to oval.
