1820's -1830's Lowell Mill Dress Pattern by Past Patterns

I participate in a yearly fundraiser for our historic downtown district. Thought it would be cool to wear a period dress. My mother is a trained tailor and accomplished costume designer for more than 60 years. She taught me everything I know. This pattern took both off us more than a day to figure out. The instructions, albeit historically interesting, are inadequate and frequently incorrect.
