It does not allow full verticality

Flimsy and a waste of money
IT broke the first time I tried to put it together. The Metal piece was say heavier than the plastic piece it was supposed to fit into which broke off rendering the whole thing useless. I was robbed.

Not worth the price....
This is a plastic stand that does not meet up with the standards or price indicated in the description. Cost of this product to make is well below the retail price. Don't waste your time.
