Received this product and immediately noticed the quality of the build was top notch as soon as I took it out of the package. Used it the next day for a three day trip. It was easy to install and had a good capacity. Because it is ridgid it keeps its form which is a great feature.If you buy this the only thing you should know is that the rain cover is in a hidden zippered pocket on the bottom of the bag - why? Just put it in one of the side pockets and don't put a useless compartment on the bottom of the bag.Not the cheapest bag, but if you want quality and are willing to pay for it you will not be disappointed.Definitely a 5 star product.

This order arrived as expected with no delivery problems. Upon opening the box I was impressed beyond expectations with the quality of the luggage. It is apparent that a tremendous amount of thought went into the design and development of this product. I haven’t taken it on a trip yet but am looking forward to doing that very soon. I recommend this with my highest rating.
