Press the connect button on the bottom of each receiver, and walla, you are in business. My 8 year old daughter pressed the connect button on the one receiver, while I pressed the other. That's how easy it was to connect. I was worried that there might be a delay in signal, but no such problem. I have a Yamaha RX-V671 receiver. Used the room correction program with the provided setup mic, and found no problems with the rear speakers. System sounds great, and now I have the awesome surround that I was expecting when I bought the receiver. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Don't hesitate.

I've tested it with TV shows, sports, DVDs and a variety of different music - low to loud volume. It all sounds just as good as when I had my rear speakers hard-wired. Glad I found this little set-up!

**Q: can this unit be plugged into the component (RCA) plugs in the back of the TV? in other words are the speakers amplified enoght to power(soun) the spe**
A: This system is made to connect with an A/V receiver. You plug speaker wire from the receiver, into the transmitter. Then, you plug your speakers into the wireless box. The unit bridges the gap between the transmitter and the wireless box.

**Q: 7.1**
A: There are many configurations of 7.1.  All that really matters here is that the Rocketfish will allow you to send audio to two of the speakers without any wires.  I would only recommend the Rocketfish for the rear two speakers.  The remaining speakers in your 7.1 arrangement will need to be wired.  You cannot use more Rocketfish to send more signals because they all use the same wireless frequency.  I think Rocketfish would sell a lot more units (I'd buy more) if they had at least two frequencies available.

**Q: can anyone confirm whether this works for speakers in another room?**
A: Hello, The speakers have a 100 foot range and can work in a home that has many wireless signals. The speaker kit connects to one device at a time, but is easy to disconnect and connect to another device. To set up you connect the speaker wires, plug in the speakers, and turn the power on. It's that easy! I hope this was helpful!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great but is fragile

Works flawlessly for me. Only complaint that cost it a star is the build quality, the plastic is very thin and brittle and the construction is very flimsy, I actually had to disassemble the transmitter (the small box by the way, some people seem to confuse that and claim the product does not work) to reinsert the cable fasteners that got loose and fell inside. Be careful when installing and don't leave it around the floor where it cam be kicked, stomped or hit by anything and it will work ok.
