I think this is the leafy expensive I’ve seen lately (Walgreens had these for 5.99/ bag 🙄) Pro: nutritionally this isn’t just a guilt free treat, the fiber content is amazing. Atkins and keto diets are not going to work, but 1.8 ounces of candy is a lot. I don’t even eat the whole bag in 1 sitting (I’m like sugar-aholic that can’t stop with sugar once I had some. Splenda even makes me crave sweets.) If I took my blood sugar, I truly believe it would stay more stable eating this CANDY than eating white bread. I don’t have that sweaty feeling from sugar or a crash. Consistency is similar to a soft chew instead of a classic gummy bear. I have no idea if these are terrible for your teeth though. They have a watermelon chew, Swedish fish- (I personally really didn’t like those.
