Also -works well with Dell latitude, Microsoft surface and other MacBook Pro models just fine.Re: M1’s - apple only officially supports extending to 1 external display on m1’s - just look at the forums or ask support, they’ll tell you.However, The VIsionTek 4000, 4500 and 4510 let you extend up to 2 external screens by using the DisplayLink software/drivers. Your setup can be two external screens plus the laptop screen.The displaylink driver works magic and allows for all this to happen.Caution - not all visiontek devices work with M1’s and displaylink drivers so model # counts ( example: the vt4800 will not allow 2 monitors and does not use the displaylink driver on M1’s VT blames apple for this. Who knows… I just know it doesn’t work like the 4510 does. )The 4000, 4500 or the 4510 is the way to go and I own a couple.
