**Q: How do you get the dino to do a simple 90 degree turn? Ours keeps doing a 180 which makes him not line up with things correctly like in the book.**
A: One right or left turn should end up as about a 90 degree turn. If it seems off, try adjusting the dial on the underside of the Critter either right or left. This should help!

**Q: Is there any way to order missing pieces?**

**Q: Do the critters travel well on carpet?**
A: Our carpet is relatively low pile, so yes.

**Q: Why my Dino does not move? Do the rear wheels of mine get any thing wrong?**
A: I believe it did not come with batteries. Did you install those? Also there is a power switch. Beyond this I would reach out to the manufacturer.
