Genius
This thing is genius- especially for those of us who take the train out to the barn and are sick of catcalls! Folds down to a bit over a foot to tuck into a backpack, and can go from a 29" schooling whip to a 18" jumping bat. I'd pay twice as much for one that was a bit less plastic-y, but I'm just so happy this exists I can't complain.

Great idea, but unsure of longevity..
First one of these had to be returned due to having a split in the handle end cap. To Amazon's credit, the refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently.I loved the idea of the telescopic feature, so I bought another one. The second one appears to be ok, but only time will tell.

Don't waste your money
Seems like a geat idea but it is cheap looking and made of flimsy plastic. Once fully extended it is difficult to push back to pocket size; after only a couple of uses mine is stuck halfway and won't fully minimise. Like I said a great idea in theory but not worth the money.

POOR QUALITY, BAD SELLER, DON'T BUY
Really low quality...very light, cheap plastic, doubt it'll last a month...cheap Chinese junk despite the seller saying its Japanese, which is usually better. If I could be bothered I'd return it...but have no faith in the seller refunding me.

Great Tool
My wife loves these telescopic crops, so handy for her horse riding classes, folds down and into her riding hat when finished lesson.This is her second one.
