... from another brand in same price range which was great, but I lost it
I had a similar product from another brand in same price range which was great, but I lost it, then I tried to go cheap and get something similar for a few bucks, but that turned out to be junk. This is much better than the last junkie one I had, but for some reason I couldn't get it to work as well as my first one. The reviews seemed a bit better than my old one - perhaps the quality is there, but it just didn't seem to get all the little hairs my old one was able to get.If you've never used these before, please be aware that it is somewhat painful, especially upper lip area if you are not used to waxing or plucking. I like these because it's much more efficient than trying to pluck individual hairs as I have a ton of light short fuzzies. I was using the battery operated Tweezee before, but the pain in upper lip area was unbearable. This hurts too in that area, but you can control the speed of the hair pulling since it's a manual process, and eventually get used to it.At this moment, I've resorted to shaving the fine hairs with a Tinkle blade, it gets the job done but I would still like to use my Epiwand for the areas it's effective on. The shaving is great for fuzz removal plus exfoliation, but the regrowth stubble I get in the chin area the next day or two is annoying! Overall the Epiwand is a great product, just not as precise as my old one from another brand.

Painful Mistake
I was looking for an easy way to remove peach fuzz from my face and...THIS was a terrible, TERRIBLE idea!! I don't recommend this product and advise anyone thinking of purchasing this product to do more research and look elsewhere.First: this is a painful tool to use. I can tolerate quite a bit of pain and this was not pain-free by any means. Waxing or tweezing is far more tolerable!Second: Product pinches the skin as you roll and twist it. I don't know if I just have more fine hairs, but as I used it, it was pinching skin more than removing hairs. This led to a massive amount of irritation that made me regret using this.Third: Product is easy to use for hair removal.Well. If you don't question how successfully it will remove said hair, then you're all set. However, if you want all the peach fuzz removed, this is probably NOT the tool for you. This missed more than 50% of the hairs and was harder to use around the chin area. I had to go over my lip and cheek area several times and although I could feel the hairs being pulled out...it was just a few at a time. I could have a used a tweezer and had a better outcome! The process was extremely painful, irritated my skin and lead to a horrendous breakout from my skin being pinched over and over that left me with scars and hyperpigmentation that I'm now having to deal with. I would not purchase this again and wish to warn anyone else thinking about buying this. Your skin will thank you for it.

Doesn’t work as good as waxing, definitely not pain free
I ordered this based off recommendations from an active beauty blogger. Although I like the idea of having something small, slender and portable to take in my purse...it does not remove hair for me as well as I wanted it to. I prefer waxing, but obviously waxing is hard to take on the road. This wand took a little practice to get it to roll just right to catch the hairs, but I found it much more painful than waxing because it carefully pulls out one hair at a time instead of a patch of hard wax pulling everything all in one swoop. I’ll probably still take it with me when traveling in case I need it...

Great compact/easy to use Epilator
Great compact/easy to use Epilator! I purchased the Epiwand a few years ago & liked it so, purchased another one for travel. As an older woman, the peach fuzz hair on my upper lip began to darken = looked like I had dirt on my face. This little epilator is easy/quick to use & in just a minute or so of my upper lip is hair free smooth with no redness, smell/wait time of creams plus, I do not need to use a mirror for quick touch-ups & can use anywhere. Simple to use-grasp both ends, bend into an upside down U-shape, place on area of face & turn/twist both ends to roll up on upper lip, repeat until area smooth . Yes, the tightly coiled wire effectively pulls individual hairs out by the root. I have not tried it on any other body parts. I recommend this epilator for quick, no fuss facial hair removal.

well it just feels like you are being pinched for a couple of sec
I just recieved my Epiwand and it was a day late. But i recieved about 15 min ago, I am trying it out right now and To be honest it works. It might take you a little bit of more time using this tool but it's worth it because it is economic, and doesn't damage my skin. It's small and cute. The pain is the question, well it just feels like you are being pinched for a couple of sec. Not that bad at all and not as terrible as waxing. It's nice that they have this product. I recommend it.

Good for travel... if you can get it to work.
Honestly, I couldn’t really figure out how to get it to work correctly. I could’ve been doing it wrong, but I had a hard time getting the springs to catch many hairs. I was working on my upper lip and going over the whole area for about 3-4 minutes, I could only manage to get like, 6 or so hairs out in random areas. I definitely think the product has potential and it can easily fit in a purse or bag so if you’re on the move a lot and are desperate, taking this item along isn’t a bad idea... if you can get it to work. Lol Once again, it all just could’ve been me. Haha.

Makes them appreciate the things we do to look good.: ] This thing HURTS
I've used this thing to make grown men cry.. Makes them appreciate the things we do to look good. :]This thing HURTS, but it works, and it's a lot faster than using tweezers. The results last as long as tweezing and it seems to get less painful over time.My only complaint is that it is starting to rust already; I live in Florida where the humidity is constantly 80-100%.

Useful gadget but doesn’t last forever
I’ve had a few of these now. They are easy enough to use once you get the hang of it, but for me it never gets any less painfulPerhaps it’s mostly due to my not taking good care of the gadget and cleaning it properly but I find they start to get marked after a while (maybe it’s rust or similar?) and I’ve had the plastic bits on the end fall off. But overall for the price (and considering that I could try much harder to look after it!) I think it’s not a major issue and I’m sure I’ll buy more

Great!
I was sceptical, but as only £10 I thought I’d try before getting an electric epilator. I suffer from lots of facial hair, sidies, cheeks, chin, upper lip, basically bottom half of my face nose down, and drives me crazy! I used to shave, but this made it worse as grew back thicker and darker, so I wax an pluck with tweezers which thinned it out, but it took hours, and I’d get too fed up and just concentrate on worse areas, esp through lockdown, covered by a mask if we go out shopping. But it’s a daily chore! ESP chin. So saw this when looking for an epilator, and it is fantastic! If you follow how to do it, it works, under chin takes a bit of practice. If your used to waxing and plucking, it’s no more painful. There maybe the odd hair that you have to tweezer or areas to go over a few times, but it’s great! I am so happy with my now smooth face! I’ll be getting more for me handbag and travel bag, worth every penny.
