Review: Great little computer, perfect for my usage! - I started recording my rides with Strava last year using a mount for my smartphone. I figured why buy a smart computer when I already have something capable? The drawbacks soon became apparent - 50 miles into a ride with gps and my phone was down to 15-20% battery. If I take any longer rides I risk being stranded with a breakdown somewhere with no phone. Then I took a fairly minor spill, while nothing was damaged my phone easily could have been. That's when I came across this great little computer. I'm not a stat freak, I just like to keep track of my rides on Strava to note my improvement over time. Something like a Garmin or Wahoo seemed like overkill for me, but I couldn't sync my rides with Strava with most of the cheap options. This is a great middle ground - a simple gps tracker that can upload rides to my phone. Setup was fairly easy so long as you read the manual. If using a speed sensor (my ANT+ sensor paired almost instantly) there is one thing to note. The manual says to enter wheel diameter in mm, but it means wheel CIRCUMFERENCE. The default setting of 2096 should tip you off, but just in case. I've only been riding with this for a week, but it has hit the sweet spot. It is easy to read with large numbers while on a ride, and the buttons are easy to find while riding without looking away from what's ahead of you. I have had no issues with accuracy so far, riding on cloudy days through the occasional wooded area. Rides are pretty easy to sync once you have the Xoss app, which can be setup to automatically sync to Strava as well as looking at ride data through the app itself. Battery life has been great so far, the quoted figures seem to hold up. This is a great computer as long as you understand what you're getting. A simple, affordable computer to record ride data and sync it with your apps. There is no navigation and it doesn't connect to show you phone notifications - which I consider a plus as I'm less distracted on rides, but could be an issue for some. This is exactly the sort of computer I'm looking for, and allows me to keep my smartphone safe in my saddlebag.
Review: Affordable, ant+, sync to strava, long hours battery and big screen - I have purchased a bundle: computer, cadence sensor and mount kit Did 200km with it. It exceeded my expectations with some issues that could be improved in future in device firmware or in XOSS app. Pros: - affordable (comparing to higher-end devices) - connected all my ant+ devices without any issues: Cannondale Wheel Sensor (speed, rebranded garmin speed sensor), Garmin Vivosmart HR Smart Wristband Heart Sensor, CYCPLUS cadence sensor - long battery life with all ant+ devices connected and GPS - large screen - other integrated sensors, like temperature, steep angle etc - automatic screen light in dark time - automatic turn on/off based on movement - GPS offline tracking and sync to XOSS app (free) and to Strava - XOSS app is well supported and consistently receives updates - pretty accurate with connected ant+ speed sensor, did not test accuracy with just GPS but I guess it is less accurate with just GPS - wireless!!! Cons: - XOSS app: Doesn't turn off auto sleep on phone when ride sync takes a long time, syncing in background is not supported, so need to manually keep screen awake. A bit annoying if you want to sync whole day ride that could take more than a megabyte to sync and it could take a few minutes to sync. - XOSS app: Doesn't remember what device you synced with, need to select every time the model of device, then pick it from the list. Not a big deal, takes just a few seconds. - XOSS app: Doesn't show heart beat history if heart beat wasn't available during the whole ride time (but shows it in Strava, ironically). Not a big deal. - Can't automatically detect your local time but without taking daylight time saving into effect. Need to manually set timezone offset. A bit annoying, need to adjust timezone 2 times per year :-). Don't need to adjust if you ride only when daylight saving is active (summer only rider). - Need to be very careful with recording rides. If you will press "record" button before device will find GPS satellite, then likely your whole ride won't be recorded without any error on the screen. Lost my first ride due to this issue. - Mountain bike owners could find mount kit a bit flimsy for hardcore rides.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great device, But...
*by R***N on July 12, 2026*

This is one of the best wireless bike computers in my opinion. Its large screen and its intuitive data points on each page make it very easy to use while riding. That said, the reason why I did not score this a 5 star is the limitation of the charging cable. This device DOES NOT accept any USB-C cable. Instead, it comes with a tiny 3 inch cable with a USB-A connector you can charge using your desktop computer.. That is, if you still have a desktop computer. Or, purchase an electric plug adapter with a USB-A input. Without this 3 inch cable, no other USB-C cable will work. Although the claimed battery storage time is accurate, you have to make sure not to lose this tiny cable or attempt to charge with any other cable.
