This is my first Spyderco knife. So far, I’ve been happy with it. I wanted a quality walking around knife which was affordable and lightweight. The blade opens and closes easily with one hand. The blade is super sharp, so be careful with it.

Excellent knife. Bought it to replace a similar knife i lost.

Sharp out of the box. Should be easy to sharpen after use but will be hard to get it back to factory sharpness. Very lightweight. Action is so so. Spidey flick with the middle finger gives the most consistent opening. Thumb flick needs enough pressure or it won’t open fully. The detent when closing feels weak. If the liner lock had more pressure against the closed blade, it would probably open with more force. Seems a bit overpriced especially with the steel that’s used.

Great little knife. Seems solid and well built. I use it every day for work and no issues yet.
