Completely Decompressed!!!
This table has given me back the flexibility and pain free movement from 10 years ago! Compressed disc from a car accident many many years ago had caused lots of pain during and after my work outs (yoga, running). 10 minutes a day and I feel like someone has "rebuilt" my spine. The decompression is amazing!!It is extremely well made and solid, easy to assemble. I did purchase the heating pad which doesn't put out a ton of heat but the vibration on your back feels great and I'm sure is far more comfortable than not having it.Seriously has changed my back...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Expensive but good investment for me
It is well made with very sturdy construction, and makes feel very secure. It took me a couple of days to get used to the blood pressure to my face/head even at 30-degree incline, but I don't feel it after only 2 days of practice for 5 to 10 minutes each day. It relieves my cervical disc compression symptom (mild soreness and tingling) quickly every time.

broken plastic ring on the side-arm.
The box was completely broken and open when it was delivered. There was a side-arm that was lose and a broken plastic ring on the side-arm. Due to this issue, the installation couldn’t be done. I have a herniated disc and I was hoping to use this table as soon as posible and I’m so sad and disappointed. I will probably order another but PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THE INVERTED TABLE FOR NEXT TIME. I really need it.

Much better than inversion boots
Much better than inversion boots. Very solid product. So happy I bought this. I opted to use Amazon’s service to put together. Good idea if you hate to read directions.

Wonderful for my back!
Do your back (and internal organs :-) a favor! DO follow all instructions ESPECIALLY the safety instructions. Both my husband and I use this at least once a week (I use it more often)

quality good
I buy for my Mom, then she is happy, quality not too bad but look like a material little bit cheap.

Very happy with this Inversion Table
The quality of this inversion table is superior. I use this everyday and would recommend watching video that is provided for proper way to use this either for pain or exercise. I only wish that I had bought this sooner. I was looking around and doing lots of research first. Not all tables are equal, but it is worth the money if you want something that will last. I love the easy fold up to store, but will likely not ever put this away, because I use it everyday to both prevent and treat lower back pain I suffered from herniated disc and degenerative disc disease. Even if you don't have this problem, I am confident it will strengthen and align back to prevent injury. Very happy with quality of this product.

Super - So Worth The Extra Cost
It is so true, you get what you pay for!I have used an old cheapie inversion table for many years now, and would not want to be without one. I suffer from intermittent trapped nerves in my spine, and inversion is the only sure-fire way of releasing it. Painkillers only mask it, they dont deal with the root cause. Although I have enjoyed using the cheaper version, the safety aspects of the vulnerable pivot points etc were giving me increasing concern. After making enough room in my tiny house I decided to purchase this top of the range Teeter Contour 5. Heavier and wider than my previous model, but I wanted guaranteed safety and longevity - hope to use this for many years to come. You do need to make sure you have plenty of room to use it and to store it. It doesnt fold flat like the cheaper models, but does fold much smaller than when fully erected. It also has the easy reach foot clamp mechanism. This makes the table a bit heavier still, but it is well worth it for ease of use. After carrying the individual bits upstairs I managed to construct it on my own, just need to read through instructions carefully beforehand. Within 30 minutes it was up and ready for use. Safety wise this table is second to none. Very smooth rotation action, no jarring at all, and easily controllable by lowering and raising arms once you get the pivot points etc right for your height and weight.I am a 5ft 1 inch, 60 year old female, and if I can put this thing together on my own so can most people!I highly recommend for folk with intermittent back pain, and Teeter are the masters of construction for inversion tables. An investment for my future joint health as I head into my next decade ;)

Go hang!
Having started with a basic table, which revealed its comfort limitations during full inversion, I wasted a bit of money trying to come up with better ankle supports...I should've just bit the bullet and got one of these, I feel like I've swapped a Ford for a Bentley! The basic table was great, but this is a whole new level. Fully inverted, I'm not paying any attention to my ankles now, or the clock, I can just hang, and twist, and crunch, as long as I like. It's totally silent in operation, with no creaking or grinding, and the motion is smooth and very well-balanced. The ankle-securing mechanism is perfection, basically along the lines of a nice rollercoaster mechanism: pull handle to fit, and er, that's it! Also very pleasantly surprised to receive the "Limited Edition" version from GymFit, with free lumbar arch and acupressure nodes included. As someone in fairly good shape, with back niggles only starting to creep in, I cannot praise inversion therapy highly enough. I expect to get a few decades out of this machine at least, but I don't doubt it will save me many visits to a physio, so I reckon it's a very sound investment. In an ideal world, you'd be able to try the different tables before you buy. If you're not looking for full inversion, I'd say you can probably get away with a lower-spec, but for hanging, this is something else!
