Review: Not Worth the Hype – Uncomfortable and Annoying - I had high hopes for the Frida Mom postpartum knickers after hearing so many people rave about them, but honestly, they were a big letdown for me. Right after giving birth, comfort and convenience were all I cared about, and unfortunately, these didn’t deliver on either. First, I found the material surprisingly scratchy and not as soft as I expected for something meant to be worn after childbirth. They also didn’t stay in place well—I felt like I was constantly adjusting them, which is the last thing you want to deal with when you’re sore, tired, and bleeding heavily. They’re advertised as disposable, but they’re not exactly cheap, so I was hesitant to throw them away after one use—yet washing them felt like a hassle and didn’t improve the comfort level either. In the end, I switched to a basic pack of high-waisted, soft cotton briefs from the supermarket and honestly found those so much better—more breathable, more comfortable, and no weird riding up or rolling down. These might work for some people, but for me, they were more irritating than helpful. I wouldn’t buy them again.
Review: Gave me a rash - Comfy and hold a large pad after birth but gave me a rash all over my belly. Not what you need just after giving birth

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why isn't there a size chart? Where am I supposed to measure?**
A: There isn't one. I am a size 14 normally and they were too small around my thighs. I tore them up the sides to make them fit.

**Q: Cuantos por paquete son ?**
A: 8 por paquete.

**Q: I am normally a size 4 currently weigh 136 pounds 5 foot 2. My pre-pregnancy weight was 117. What size should I get?**
A: The material is quite unique in that it stays put but yet has stretch (if needed). I’m 5’7 and normally 150 pounds (wear a size 8). Pregnancy caused my bottom half to expand, plus I gained my 30lbs. I opted for a large to be on the safe side and they fit great. Honestly, you’d probably fit a small but I would size up to a medium to accommodate the postpartum care (ginormous pads).

**Q: what are the exact ingredients?**
A: The inner portion is made of water + calcium ammonium nitrate and the outer portion is nonwoven fabric (portion that touches the skin) and underneath that layer is tissue + wood pulp + SAP (super absorbent polymer).

### ⭐ Gave me a rash

### ⭐ Worse than Always
*by D***C on 27 February 2024*

In terms of fabric, smell, not having the absorbant pads inside, this is a cheap compromise comparing to other brands. So far, Always is the best for post partum underwear.
