Short shelf life, expires within 6 months of receiving
I enjoyed finding chives since it’s been unavailable in our local stores for a long time now. Unfortunately, the jar I just received is due to expire within 6 months. I will not be able to use the whole jar within that time. Most spices have a much longer shelf life. I did enjoy the fast shipping.

I throw these into stuff that is going to be cooked for a longer period of time, where fresh doesn't really matter that much. With prime I can save about a buck over buying at the store.
