Its opaque and thick, without being cakey, with fantastic coverage, a little going a very long way. It also blends nicely. This is the first concealer I have bought that is the closest match I have ever found to my skin tone. I am pale olive and got "fair-beige" and it matched beautifully. Just ensure you have a good moisturizing base because as I said, this is thick.
