They may be able to sharpen blades, but it may be better to buy a new one. **Q: Does this come with chain/guide oil or does it need to be bought prior to use please?** A: This item does not come with oil. This has to be obtained prior to using the machine. **Q: Does anyone know the chain gauge please? Hyundai helpline doesn't know, and instruction manual doesn't give the info.** A: The correct Chain gauge was / is stated on the small plastic bag the original chain was packaged in ( Size: 3/8.050x52DL ) The details which I have since copied to the instruction manual. ( See "Oregon" or similar for a suitable replacement.) **Q: my saw over heated , now won't work .. still under warranty what do i do ?** A: I would dismantle (unplugged obviously) clean the chain, cutting bar and remove all sawdust from around the large hand tightening nut and chain and blade recess at the very back of where the cutting bar and chain sit. Normally if there is an overheat there is a thermal overload which will stop the motor, when this has cooled overnight put it all back together and try again.
