Is the liquid oily or sticky?** A: I drop these into my mouth, but I do not believe it is sticky or oily. It does contain vegetable glycerin, which preserves and makes the tincture taste slightly sweet. From what I have read about vegetable glycerin, it does have more pros than cons.
