It has helped turn my hair from dry to soft. My secret is that before rinsing I bunch the long length of my hair into my hand and rinse only the scalp area first, not allowing any water to rinse the ends. Then I rinse the bottom but not as long as the scalp. I leave it feeling just a little slippery, not fully rinsed out. It helps keep my hair moist between shampooing.
