Review: This seems to be a heavy duty lock. The only part that was tricky was setting the combination. The visual only international instruction sheet was worthless, but other viewers told exactly how to do it. I have used the lock several times now on flights. Works perfectly. Thanks!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How to set new combination , How to do it**
A: Press and hold the small button on the bottom of the lock with the tip of a ball point pen. Then turn the number rings to your desired combination and release the button.

**Q: is this a TSA approved lock?**
A: Yes, it says that is TSA approved and accepted in the description.

**Q: just got new lock , it is set to 3 zero's but it doesnt open , how to reset new if it doesnt even open first time?**
A: Follow the instructions on opening the lock. If the lock doesn’t open then send they back for replacements.

**Q: Can you change the combination to a new set of numbers?**
A: Hi, the one I am selling is brand-new, so I haven't even used it myself. Therefore, I cannot tell you from my own experience. But, based on the description provided by Samsonite for this lock, it says as one of the features that "Triple-dial mechanism sets and re-sets with hundreds of possible combinations for added convenience and protection." Since it allows for hundreds of possible combinations, I would think that one can change the combination to a new set of numbers.

Just came back from my first trip using these. My luggage is always locked when on vacation so every time I need something from inside I have to unlock my luggage. No jams, sticky numbers or problems whatsoever..
