Keeps drinks cold very well. I've left it half full of ice overnight and woken up to bits of ice still floating around. Somewhat annoying to clean (don't forget to take apart the top to clean under the mouthpiece). Wide mouth is great for filling from soda dispensers, although the carbonation will cause a little leakage eventually. Sturdy construction.

Second purchase, able to keep hot water hot for hours as needed.

Depending on the massive positive feedbacks ordered this mug. This doesn't keep my coffee at least 2 hours in drinking temperature. I have few cheap travel mugs and this one in the same level when it comes to heat retention. Sliding lid drips drink if you turn the mug around. Really unhappy. If you need a good product, just go with Thermos or Sojurushi.
