Most likely the v2 will not work because v1 and v2 are different hardware chipsets. They use different drivers. If the ADP700 does not update to have the v2 driver built-in, the v2 will not work. **Q: Will this work with raspberry pi 3?** A: EW-7811Un v2 is not plug and play for Linux. Users need to manually compile and install driver.
