There has been an influx of shady third party dealers on Amazon and this creates issues like I ran into. I've been using this since I bought it and it seems to be working great. However, the other day I noticed that one of the guide bars was assembled wrong at the factory and it sitting at an angle in the tool. Stihl will not do anything because the seller is not an authorized dealer. I don't recommend buying this here because of this issue. I've tried to contact the seller but have not gotten a response. It makes me wonder if they are selling counterfeits or known bad product.
