I have a hard time swallowing pills.** A: They are relatively medium to large capsules. I don't find them difficult to swallow at all, but I am someone who does not have trouble swallowing pills. **Q: I have never heard of zinc orotate. Doesn’t look like a good form of zinc. For this much price it has to be a good form?** A: Zinc Orotate is used in the Desert Harvest Multi-Vitamin because it is the most bioavailable form of Zinc, which means the body can absorb more of the zinc than with other forms of Zinc. **Q: Can you provide a picture of the label with the amounts also? This came from using multivitamins that included B6--no B6 supplements. I had MS-like symptoms that gradually left after terminating the use of my multivitamin.
