It works with Linux
Linux users:It works with Linux: pointer, gestures, and keypad. In fact I am using it on Linux to produce this post. Another reviewer mentioned switching between pointer and keypad mode without power cycling does not work. I do not have that problem.To get it working, use a USB cable to charge its internal battery. It refuses to communicate through the USB port on the touchpad. Therefore the USB communication must be through the wireless adapter's USB port. There is no guarantee that I know of that the wireless communication is encrypted. This may not be a problem if you are mainly using it as a pointer.Approximate mass: touchpad 81 grams, cable 15 grams, adapter ~1 gram. Cable length is 82 cm connector tip to connector tip. Touchpad dimensions are 130 x 82 x 15 mm.

I was hoping this would work in my Linux-based computer ...
I was hoping this would work in my Linux-based computer as it is a plug & play device. Unfortunately it was not recognized. Luckily it was not very expensive. On the bright side, I received it quicker than expected even though it was shipped from China.

Screen does not switch from mouse pad back to number pad
I honestly LOVE this product. I only gave it 4 stars because it is extremely sensitive and sometimes will type extra numbers. I'm getting the hang of this though. I love that I can switch to the mouse pad but when I click for it to go back to the numeric pad it will not go back. I have to turn off product and turn it on. The picture directions were not too bad to follow. It explains how to use the mouse pad functions with your fingers. Yes it would be wonderful for instructions in other languages, even if it was translated online as an attachment to the product. So not quite a 5 star but still a wonderful product

After Charging
The instructions are all in Chinese. If you plug it into a power source and charge the battery, the device works just like advertised. I have been using it for a couple hours and am so far very impressed with ghe performance. It is a little weird becasue theere is no tactile feddback when using it as a number pad but it is easy to use and looks sharp as well.

Do not order this. I ignored the reviews saying the product doesn't work but truly, the item didn't work at all and the seller told me I had to pay return postage back. Amazon really needs to start monitoring these faux shops that just sell junk.

Works OK on ubuntu 16.04.-1 star due missing instruction on English language, box contains only Chinese instruction.

only able to get it to do the extra features like moving the mouse
just received today. instructions are all in chinese. i cant figure out how to make it just type numbers, only able to get it to do the extra features like moving the mouse, page up and down, ect.. and not sure if it needs to be on or off when charging... i messaged the seller for help, will change rating if or when they respond :)
