I had a 1999 Ford Ranger and then put it on a 2001 Mazda B3000. It bolts right on without any drilling. As long as it matches your model, you will have no problems **Q: Can you access the spare tire on a 02 b3000 with this?** A: I have no problems getting to my spare tire. but it fits in there tight. i used the hitch on my 2000 ranger. i installed my hitch with the tire in place and then removed the tire to make sure. On my ranger i have a hole about my bumper to stick the crank into to drop the tire. **Q: Can you access the spare tire on a 1994 Madza B 4000. Thanks in advance.** A: Make sure the spare tire you now have under the truck is the same size as called out on the drivers side door sticker and you should not have a problem. I had a 2006 ranger and after I installed this hitch I could not get the spare back in, it was the same size as the road tired and was to big, it would fit fine before I put the hitch on.
