These knives have been my worst purchase ever. I would return them in a heartbeat if I could. I would highly advise against these knives. **Q: Is the handle rubber or plastic?** A: Very hard plastic wood looking. **Q: which is the better knife.....the ever edge plus or the international silvercap....i keep reading but confused. also, made in spain or china?** A: The quality of the build is not even at bar with minimum safety needs for either. The steel in the handle doesn't extend all way, and the handle plastic will break.
