Does anyone know whether this is correct?** A: I thought that too. But once you have it up the clips slide along the heated rails allowing you to make it taller. Hope that makes sense. X **Q: How much power dos it take?** A: It’s cheaper to run than a tumble drier. **Q: Does it come with a cover to keep the heat in?** A: No cover comes with it and I don't recommend it at all as it warms up only around the bars.
