Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Plus N975 6.8" Android 256GB Smartphone (Renewed) (Black, T-Mobile)

I was very skeptical about purchasing a phone off Amazon. This is my first time. I very seldom write reviews. But I had to write a review for this purchase. At first I thought I got scammed. The delivery date changed a couple of times🙄. So I was worrried about that. But let me tell you I got a message from the seller giving me a delivery date. My phone came when the seller said. It's supposed to be a renewed phone. I couldn't be more happier. The phone looks brand new. No scratches no visible damage at all. I just had it two days so far. All seems good so far. I will do an update real soon. Hopefully all is well down the line. 🙏🏿 Sorry I didn't include pics.

I am so in love with this phone!!!! This was the best decision I made vs. buying a new phone in the same tier and spending two to three times as much. This phone does everything that I need it to do far better than my note 8 and so much more. I received the phone Thurs. 8/11/22 an it has functioned flawlessly (will update review if things change). The phone was delivered in like new condition with all of the needed accessories ie. charger and usb c charging cord. I am so happy with my purchase and buying experience. Fantastic job!!!

I recieved my phone, it was in good condition however it was boxed poorly. The phone wasn't secured in the box, it was just sliding around with a charger cable and and a few barcode stickers. The real problem is when I took it to T-mobile they informed the phone was unauthorized to be activated. I paid for a unlocked phone and they sent me a paperweight. The associate told me it was probably due to the previous owner not paying the phone off. I am very disappointed. Now I have to go through the return process after spending two hours in the store. How this phone wasn't verified to be a unlocked phone is beyond me.

This phone worked great for me until this week, which is month 17. My reception is spotty, and when I was troubleshooting I noticed the back was cracked. I brought it in to be repaired and was asked if I replaced the back before, since it was plastic vs the typical glass. The tech said that a cracked back would not effect the reception, and it was probably a motherboard issue... meaning the $450 phone lasted a bit over a year. Worth it? I don't know.

Received the phone quickly. The phone is flawless, full battery strength, no noticeable scratches or dings, works like brand new. Over all very happy with my purchase

After using a phone with the buttons on the right side for years this is difficult because these are on the left side Not a fan of the curved edges on the screen with a case it's hard to get to Outside letters on your keyboard Face Recognition or fingerprint recognition does not work at all I've tried 3 times and still it doesn't recognize any of them
