No matter what reviews say I have never found a phone that would work all day. I have gotten one of these chargers for the last two Pixel phones I have had. They do quit working eventually, but while they do work, they are irreplaceable. With these cases my phone works all day.The most recent one I bought quit working after just a few months - all four lights on the back shined solidly (no blinking) and it wouldn’t charge the phone. I emailed them and they were very good about sending a replacement and didn’t require me to return the non-working one.It is very easy to slip a phone into one of these and it be good all day. Just be sure to press the charging button once in a while as it turns off once the phone is fully-charged. As long as phone manufacturers make phones that don’t last all day I will always have one of these for each new phone.

I have been buying these for years, across multiple Pixel upgrades. About a year ago, the reliability of these cases plummeted. After a very short time - just a few weeks - the solder join connecting the USB port to the charging system starts to get loose, requiring a lot of wire-jiggling to get things aligned so the battery charges. Shortly thereafter, the device stops charging altogether. At this point, I typically end up buying one of these and getting 3-4 weeks' use, then doing a warranty swap and starting over. This is a new manufacturing defect in this product, and it appears universal.

Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. The battery recharge rate is great and fully recharges my Pixel 5 with some extra battery to spare. This has been wonderful as the phone still works, I've just had issues with the internal battery draining quickly; with this case I can go a day and a half of normal usage without needing to plug it in. The case does a good job protecting the phone and I was able to stick a credit card holder to the back. Fingerprint reader is easily accessible as are the volume and power buttons. I did have an issue with the case not charging after several months and reached out to the Seller. After a few troubleshooting questions the Seller concluded that it was a defect and immediately sent out a replacement, which I received and am very happy with. The only issue I have is that when plugged into the battery case the phone only charges, it does not transmit data through the USB-C. If that were remedied this would easily be a 5-star purchase.

Definitely worth the buy. Just note when you are charging the case and your phone from being dead. It will take awhile. But it definitely comes in handy when you are low on battery and don't have access to a charger.I also like the fit in my hand. Pixel 5 is a small phone and the case helps fill it up into my hand fully and makes it easier to hold the phone over all.

Looks good, feels alright, is protective, but the 4700Mah rating is nowhere close. I have a Pixel 5 and a full case battery gives me 50-60% when it should give around 150% at that rating.

This saved me from having to get a new battery for my pixal 5. I will eventually replace battery when I have time but until then, this thing is awesome.

Phone case is not the best. The texture on the back does not grip well to anything so it will slip. It is a little big so the fingerprint will be a little harder to access as well as become a little heavier. Case quality is not so great as mine came with a little bent, scratches and fading in color. Worst of all is the battery charger can barely charge to a full battery in addition to not being able to charge simultaneously when both units are under 25% capacity. You will need a fast charger (anything with an output higher than 5v) if you plan to go under 25% for both unit as it will have problems figuring out what to charge. Also, it will not connect to your computer for file transfers and such you lose wireless and battery share. Overall, it's an okay item but has more cons than pros since you are losing a lot of functions.

Solid performer and long lasting battery pack. The pack is not as heavy as the one I had for my Pixel 4 and has less of a profile. If you're a heavy user of your phone, this is a good choice.
